Q: What is your process for bug fix resolution, and what is your average turnaround time when notified of a problem?
A: We keep a journal in BI-Cycle where users can report bugs and can make
improvement suggestions. Bugs are generally fixed within two days.
However BI-Cycle has already been severely debugged so most journal records
will be suggestions for improvements.
