    Q: Does BI-Cycle require any additional software or add-ons?
    A: No additional hardware or software is necessary to run BI-Cycle.

    Q: Does BI-Cycle support other languages than English?
    A: BI-Cycle supports the Scandinavian languages, Dutch, German, French, Italian and Spanish.

    Q: Have you tested BI-Cycle with Windows 2000/XP?
    A: We have tested BI-Cycle extensively and without any problems on Windows NT, 2000 and XP, as well as on Citrix-based servers. Currently, we are working on making BI-Cycle work on thin clients like Windows CE.

    Q: How often do you release regular upgrades to your product?
    A: We release an upgrade of BI-Cycle each year.
